Training in designing and creating 3D firearm models helps concept artists improve their design logic, expand their skillset, and enhance their portfolio with richer visual expression.
The Victor concept firearm series is a highlight of my 3D modeling work, seamlessly blending 2D weapon design concepts with 3D artistic expression.
Inspired by real-world sword submachine guns, I integrated them into a sci-fi aesthetic through conceptual art, giving the weapon a distinct futuristic feel and striking visual impact.
Victor-K is a new iteration based on its predecessor, designed to further enhance the sci-fi aesthetic.
I incorporated German military insignia and camouflage elements into the design to add a sense of realism and historical depth, while also giving the weapon a unique visual intensity and cultural context.
The 357 revolver is a creation inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2. I particularly love the unique rotating cylinder design of the revolver, with its strong mechanical feel.
Additionally, its association with Russian roulette adds a layer of dangerous allure, enhancing its dramatic and tense presence in the design.
The 7150 flintlock pistol is an early 3D practice piece inspired by the use of flintlock pistols in combat scenes from Pirates of the Caribbean. Unlike modern firearms, the flintlock's unique historical style captivated me.
In the design, the intricate patterns not only enhance its decorative appeal but also deepen my understanding and control of surface details. The right side showcases the texture creation process for the model.
Rolls-royce 1940s
The Rolls-Royce from Mafia II is one of my favorite vehicles, with its sleek design and unique texture that captivate me deeply. Creating this vehicle was a significant challenge, especially in detailing the interior.
Through continuous design practice, I’ve honed my skills to accurately capture the classic elegance and craftsmanship of such a timeless piece.
